Just got off the phone with Vern and I have fiberglass louver on the
way. Dimensions are 4.25 x 8.25 with 7 vents. Price is up to $25 USD which
is still reasonable for fiberglass.<<<

I took a couple photos today so you can see what they look like. They are shipped solid, so you have to cut the openings. I should have taken some photos of the back side, as it showed how I built the flange to attach them. They are pretty slick.
