        Just got off the phone with Vern and I have fiberglass louver on the way. Dimensions are 4.25 x 8.25 with 7 vents. Price is up to $25 USD which is still reasonable for fiberglass.

        Thanks Ed, for the link. Looks like a good second option, but I'm one of those weirdo's that likes glass. I'm probably addicted to the fumes :-).
