I'm installing new Magnecor plug leads, and found this.- I guess the lead was not connected at the coil. The bottom metal connector evidently has seen better days. I don't think that this was my big problem, but it might have been. I also found that I had routed my CAS wires to within 1 1/2 inches of my #1 rotor leading plug wire. The CAS wires have a metal braid, but I did not have time at the hangar to check to see if I had grounded it way back when. I spent the day re-routing the CAS wires and will give the engine a go on Tuesday to see if I have located the source of my woes. This is what I am guessing my problem is, but I still may not have found it.
