Beyond me why our fellow Rotary Group member Jarrett Johnson wants to put a 20B in his personal
dream machine as he drives a Cessna 425 Conquest Blackhawk (And they pay him).............As some
of you know (If you followed a stream of past posts to the group) Jarrett and I have been collaborating
more quietly lately trying to get enough hardware in his possession (My "Mistral" back-plate and one
of my "Renesis" front covers) so he can scan and digitze them to see if it is possible to incorporate the
"Renesis" water-pump into a back-plate/mount that will bolt directly to the "Dynafocal" Type 1,30degree
mount ring that is common to the "Lycoming" 0-360 and most 0-320 engines..............This back-plate
would be a virtual bolt on to the Renesis 13B, 93-2002 13BREW (both US & "J" spec) and the Cosmo
13B and 20B...........My primitive measuring shows it may be possible but Jarrett's scanning equipment
and CAD computer skills will tell us for sure...........
I would have shipped both housings already but the Canadian Postal Service employees decided to
strike this week.............What timing !!...........................<:)
This is not the ship Jarrett drives but representatve of the type (280 knots at FL240)
