I tried to change my spark plugs yesterday, and one of them came out (at the cost of much skin and grit) after having fused with some of the aluminum.  I am afraid that the threads in the rotor housing are now badly stripped. 

 

Does anyone know if it is somehow possible to re-tap those, or am I in for a rebuild and a new rotor housing?
