Ernest,
      Some where in all those links I sent you I saw a reference that with
tight housing tolerances the VW fan would pump up to "5 psi" but I do
not no if that pressure was measured with a running VW engine sucking
up all the air or was just a static fan test to determine cfm and pressure..

Yes, I did.
Takeaways:
-the fan will flow between 10k and 12k cfm at 6000rpm
-the fan will hold together up to 10k rpm

What I couldn't find were  any technical drawings to derive dimensions from.

I found the thickness is 37mm (1.46").  I could stack two in the space I have if the OD is around 10.4" and the ID is just over 6.5".
