Ok, Joe found a photo that shows the concept but this was my first Lou Ross PSRU.   I wanted to retain the same mounting position when I decided to adopted Tracy's RD1C but naturally he did not conveniently make his mounting plate to meet my needs {:>).  So I reshaped the mounting tab into a triangle with a bolt hole on one end  and then cut a slot in the mounting Bolts (not all the way through only far enough to capture Tracy's mounting bolt. 
 
In any case, this should give you the idea - note my engine is rotated 90 deg CW.
