I don't know the guy's name but here is

It's an electric heater that adheres to the pan. He
has the patent on it
and manufactures them himself.
A guy I once
worked with has one and being a techy, he set it up so he can
turn it on via
the ineternet. When he gets to the hangar it's good to go
...... even in the
sub-zero weather.
