As much as
I hate to do this I am listing my Cozy Mark-IV project for
sale. My business and my wife's have just not been doing well
enough, and this is unfortunately the first to go as we would
rather sell the plane before we sell our house. Please let me
know if you are interested.

Below is
the description I have of the project as it is now, I may have
left out a few details, but will get you pictures this evening
once I get back to the house.
Let me know if you are interested. I
have attached pictures that were taken quite a while ago that do
not represent the project in it's current state. Also there are
pictures of the engine as installed in Bulent Aliev's cozy to
show what a nice setup this is. He had electrical problems that
he later figured out. He purchased a continental engine and had
the same problems as he did with the rotary. It turned out to be
just the custom spark plug wires he was having a friend make up.
They didn't have any shielding. He kicked himself after he sold
the engine to me as he had the same problems

Overall impression: Bought from the Son-in-law of Alex Strong,
would not let his son-in-law make junk, so if Alex says it is
well built, you are most of the way there – you can have someone
