I don’t use a sump heater, not because I don’t like them but more due to practicality – I don’t have power at my hangar.
I just pre-heat the engine with a propane heater, much the same as with the Lycoming.

Do you guys who live in cold climates (e.g.; like Canada) use some type of oil sump heater in the winter for your
aircraft rotary engine?
