I am not sure I would be standing in 4 feet of water with that 600 amp, three phase electrical panel 6 feet away ..... I hope the power is out to the entire area, but looking at the lighting and shadows it does look like they have lights on in the shop...  Still, a bad deal with the flooding though..

I talked with Ed Saturday.  His electrical equipment (welders and such) is all above water but as you can see in the picture everything else below 4 feet is wet.  He says that it will take him several weeks to get things cleaned up when the water goes down, but until then he is out of business.
