Sounds just like my setup Paul. There is no thermostat under the cap. I drilled out a couple of existing holes in the waterpump housing and installed 5/8" ID heater hose fittings for connecting my two radiators.

Anderson's), which showed the water pump with a short adapter, and a radiator cap on top of it. This, of course eliminates the place I assumed the main radiator hose would attach. With this system, how does the water flow, and is there a thermostat under that radiator cap? If so, what would be it's purpose?
