Back pressure never came to mind when I started to figure out my return line. Like I mentioned previously, I am going with a 3/8 out and return. Now I need some advice as to where to weld the return flange on the side of the tank. On the upper part, lower part or it does not matter. Subject: [FlyRotary] Fuel return line

I am about to put the fuel tank in my first wing. I have to weld a flange on it for the fuel return line. Anyone can tell me if a 1/4" fuel return line is large enough ????
