The VDO senders have been found to be unreliable so I now recommend using a specific Stewart Warner sender (out of town so I don't have PN with me) The EM2 has to be updated to work with the new type if it hasn't been done already. But your 2 sender setup should work fine. I have found that the pressure after the sensor will go down on a high throttle runup if the filter is getting clogged so I do this rather than install a second sensor.
