That is clearly the intake I sent you.  I had not Idea that it didn't fit.  I guess I just never looked that closely.  On the other hand, I can't believe I would have missed a miss-match that big.  I also can't believe someone would manufacture an intake specifically for an engine but not bother to get the ports the right size.  Are you very sure that you have everything right side up and orientation?

I'll take the intake back if you don't like it, but I wouldn't use JB weld.

I'm sure these ports aren't the same on all engines, and it's hard to say what the intake was actually made to fit.  Thanks for the offer to take it back, but that won't be necessary.

Actually, Rusty, the secondary ports on the NA block and the turbo block are different.  In fact, when I saw the amount of gasket it reminded me of the amount I see when I try a NA manifold against a turbo block.  Secondaries on the NA and Turbo are different.
