I installed the resistor in series on P3-6  per Tracy's instruction, as well as the capacitor using Jeff's very helpful pix as a guide. I was so pleased with myself.

At least I have gained consistency in such that the RPM now only shows ZERO (0). I removed the capacitor from ground with no change.

Suggestions are sought as I hope to be in the hangar a good portion of the day Sunday. TIA.
