not as exciting as a first flight, but a milestone for me.  engine will only speed up to what shows as 1500 rpm.  from the video however, I don't think that the prop looks like 500rpm to me, so I question if my tach is reading correctly.  beyond the alleged "1500 rpm" the engine dies unless I pull the throttle back a bit [which is open all of 15-20°]  much more to test and learn.  I will pull the prop so I can safely put a timing light to the flexplate where I have timing marks.  supposedly at 22°BTDC.
