I agree, Dawley Stainless is pretty good.  
 
Thanks Todd.  So here's another question- I've got an exhaust pipe expander, that appears to be made to expand one pipe, so the next will fit inside.  Do you think this will work with .035 wall SS tube?  I'm still trying to figure out the best way to arrange pre-bent pieces, and join them together.  
 
I spent some time yesterday looking at tubing benders.  I thought I had found a reasonably affordable machine that would do 1.75" tube.  Unfortunately, it requires a minimum of about .9" wall tubing, to make a 7" radius bend.  In talking to a sales guy, I got a real education on why you absolutely have to have a mandrel bender (HUGE $$$) to make tight bends in thin wall tubing.  Needless to say, I'll be buying pre-bent sections and sticking them together.
