Hi....it's the pest again....Paul Conner.  My 13b was going to be mounted plugs up by the original owner, so he had this radiator cap with all it's plumbing inserted into the hole in the picture, near the oil filter.  When I attempted to unscrew it, it came out easily, and I found that it was not threaded, but instead it was just pushed in the hole. Probably wouldn't have stayed there very long.  Any idea what this hole is/was for? (obviously water, but to where might it have gone.....heater core)?   Lastly, to plug this hole, should I attempt to tap it with a NPT tap, or is there something that is a press fit that I should purchase to plug this hole?   Thanks again for everyone's patience.  I'm hoping to get this thing running shortly, but need to address these pesky little inconveniences. The first picture shows what was inserted into the hole, and the second picture shows where the hole is located.   Paul Conner, endless 13b hole-plugging.
