Nothing to worry about. 10 pounds is plenty at idle. The balls close off cooling oil to the rotors at idle. The oil volume at idle is too low to maintain pressure with the two jets left open. It has no effect other than cooler rotors.

 

And it makes you think there is a problem when none exists.
