Bobby,
Did you change the ball and springs for fixed jets in your eccentric shaft ??..........This mod
can cause idle oil pressure to be low.............Especially when oil is hot..............

Can anyone tell me why my oil pressure drops to 26 psi at idle \ 1500 rpm after oil temps reach 150F+? Oil pressure at start up is around 65 psi measured at the oil pad block. As the oil heats up the pressure slowly drops to around 56 psi. At some point with oil at 150-165F I can pull the throttle and pressure goes to between 32 and 26 psi. Dennis H and I compared oil pressure on his Renesis under the same conditions today and his pressure never dropped under 72 psi. Highest pressure was a little over 80 psi. My cruise oil pressure is about 56 psi. The Renesis manual shows 50.8 psi at 3000 rpm \ 212F oil temp. His engine may be a 2005 and mine is a 2004. I also have a oil to water exchanger and he has the stock oil RX7 oil cooler.
