That is kinda what I figured.  If I can make him feel as special as possibl=
e, secure and loved, he will not know that there is anything amiss. Especia=
lly today when so many have various living arraignments.  I think kids tend=
 to react as adults react.....too many adults like to "major in the minor" =
and live in drama.  I hope, not I.

Knowing how and when to tell him is easy!  Whenever he asks! Answer his que=
stion and don't feel the need to expound beyond what he asked.  When he is =
ready to know, he WILL ask.

I've had 44 kids and a lot of touchy situations to explain. Just because yo=
u are ready doesn't mean he will be, allow him to be ready for the info the=
n answer the questions.
