Bob,

Absolutely terrific!  Please report on the drivability and if you can tune the EC2 for sudden throttle application.  I wonder how that will work since there is no accelerator pump function???  I would love to put a rotary in a Miata.

I finally got my Alpine running with the rotary engine that was in the
BD-4 before I wrecked it.  Movie produced and distributed via Youtube.

Once I got all the electrical connections correct, it fired right up.
I am using Tracy's EC2 and EM2.  I had the large display on the EM2, an
it wouldn't fit but the smaller display was a direct replacement.  I
just had to move the wires from one to the other.  I'm really
interested in finding out how well the EC2 will work in the auto
application.  My speedometer is GPS based for now.

The exhaust is a header with 2 to 1 collector that ends just under the
passenger seat.  Next stop is the muffler shop!

I was expecting more smoke on first start since I had pickled the
engine with oil a year and a half ago.  I used the two stroke oil, so
that may have reduced smoke output some.
