You may have seen my post of a couple of weeks ago when I shed 6" or so of
exhaust pipe through my Catto prop.  Minimal damage.  Unlike Performance props
where a guy had the same thing happen and it shattered one blade, really screwed
up another and like to shook the engine out of the airplane in the second it
took him to reach over and shut it down.  Pushers are going to shed stuff
through the prop.  It's not a matter of IF - only WHEN and HOW BIG.  Be sure and
get a prop that will take the abuse.
