I would be interested in how this works for you in
terms of life of belts etc. I would also be interested in the design for my
single rotor. Do you incorporate torsional vibration isolators or rely on the
belt to do that work?

The cog-belt PSRU that I fly is based on
Richard Finch's 1986 design. I had some parts made by a machine shop and I put
it together myself and adapted it to my 13B engine. The belt and
sprockets are Gates Poly Chain GT products. RPM sprocket limit 3200 rpm.
Gates rates the belt HP limit at about 150 HP
