The cog-belt PSRU that I fly is based on
Richard Finch's 1986 design. I had some parts made by a machine shop and I put
it together myself and adapted it to my 13B engine. The belt and sprockets
are Gates Poly Chain GT products. RPM sprocket limit 3200 rpm. Gates rates
the belt HP limit at about 150 HP

who makes it and what are the operating limits (like HP limit, RPM limit,
