No- thanks {:>). Have a couple of nephews and families living around Houston and keep thinking I'll stop by - but then I get the weather report and decide - another time. It can be tough to sort out a complex installation with dual alternators and batteries. About the only way is to get a friend with some electronic knowledge and perhaps a scope - a scope can sometimes turn up surprisingly high levels of "noise Signals" on your power lines that can affect some equipment. Just hang in there, I can't help but feel that you have made a lot of progress despite some pretty unusual odds (bad new rotor sidehousing causing coolant leak, etc). Get your basic electric system issues sorted out before spending too much time on refinements - you never know what devilment electrical power issues can cause. By the end of the night I have a repeatable starting pattern and have pretty smooth running down to about 1000 RPM.
