I just had it matched at a local bearing shop. I used a Timken 471224. It is slightly different in that it is a metal outer ring with a double lip seal. My PSRU is also a RD-1A converted to a B, so not sure that it is the same as a C drive, but either way your local bearing shop should be able to help you out.
