Okay, Bob, why not?
The section is definitely aviation related, and has a strong potential
to have an effect on our rotary powerplants. So why don't you
want us to read about it? Is it the same reason that the House and
Senate leadership didn't want our representatives to read the Energy
bill (and the proposed health bill) before they have to vote on it? Dale R.
