I'd give more than $.02 for that data as well but very few of us go through the step of Dyno testing.  In the absence of that, I'd suggest a fuel flow reading at max power with mixture set slightly rich of Stoic.  RPM needed as well of course.  My 2nd gen. 13B burned about 20 GPH at 7400 RPM under those conditions.  Airspeed was well beyond Vne so did not test for long there.
