Yes.. Unless you someday plan on putting an alternator on that ear.
2) Need to shorten the oil filler. How is this one removed and can it be threaded for a much shorter cap or easier to plug and add oil somewhere else.
Its press fit.. Get it wiggling back and forth/rotating and you should be able to work it out. Chris and I had our oil filler shortened by a tig welder.
3) And last, I cannot remove the dip stick. Do I need to remove the pan. It feels like there is something hanging on the other end
Like someone else said.. rotate it. Removing the pan is a last resort.
