I tested your EC2 prior to updating it yesterday and although is was an early unit and needed all the updates since 2002, it was working perfectly. I was afraid this would be the beginning of another long and painful round of debugging. Anyway, it is now updated with all the current refinements and diagnostic modes should you need them in the future. Be sure to discard the old installation and setup guide (new one will be sent) because a lot has changed. Will ship it back Monday. Glad to hear that John.

Does anyone have a good recipe for Crow Soup??  Like Pogo said, I have discovered the enemy and it are us, this morning I ran the volt - ohm meter from pin 33 - 34 and discovered that there was no fuse in the holder between the buss and the EC 2.  It is like someone said here a while back, have someone else check all your wiring, that is really good advice.  Everyone have a great holiday weekend.  From the farm.  JohnD
