  Keith,
Determine the thickness of the spacer ne= eded (washers, alum, etc) with the correct size
of hole for bolt......JB Weld or Super Glue inside the pan (over = bolt hole)......Temp. mount
pan........Borrow or buy a "Duplicating Punch" of approx same diameter= as bolt ( "Harbor
Freight" has cheap sets in inch sizes up to 1/2").........One of these= should be close enough
to the metric bolt size (12 or 14mm I think).........Insert punch into= pan hole (spacer is to
keep punch at 90 degrees to the "CCI" plate.........Give punch a good = rap with a hammer
to put a center punch mark on the "CCI" plate.........Remove pan and c= arefully drill plate
slightly larger than bolt diameter.........Go slowly so as not to mess= up threads in the center
housing (should you get a thread or two a metric tap will clean it up.= .......If spacer pops
off pan when using punch reglue in place........Reinstall pan and seal= it up.......Install large
pan bolt and sealing washer........Should work...........

The washers sound like an excellent idea Kelly a= nd most likely will work,
however there might be an issue with ke= eping everything lined up and in place.
It might not be to much o= f a problem on an engine stand with the engine upside
down (note: it mi= ght not) but with the engine mounted in a flying aircraft with
the engi= ne right side up there will be a problem.  Maybe some kind of bushing =
will work; but again lining it up.  Engine stand upside down easy,=   right side
up problem.  Suggestions Please
