What size inlet are you using on your in-cowl radiator?  My notes show it's 11.5 x 16 x 2.75.

Those are the radiator dimensions.  Don’t know the scoop inlet dimensions exactly, but according to my notes the area is 42 sq in; so roughly 5 x 9 with rounded corners. (see photo).
