Kelly,

Sure, here are a couple of pictures.  This is a hybrid though.  They reuse the hot side, but put in HD bearings,  trim the compressor wheel, and open up the wastegate.

Regards,

Steve Brooks

-------------- Original message from "Steve Brooks" <cozy4pilot@gmail.com>: --------------

I’ve been working on a new cooling setup for my Cozy MKIV.  The cooling has always been marginal, particularly in the summer time.  When I upgraded my turbo, it became even more marginal, so I decided to bite the bullet, and install a custom radiator.  After having to send the radiator back, because it was larger than it was suppose to be, I finally got it all put together and ran it for the first time today.  I still don’t have the cooling fan wiring completed, but after two months, it fired right up, and ran.

I still am purging air from the cooling system, but the first two runs looked very promising.  In the process of installing the new radiator, I had to move almost all of the fuel system components, and re-plumb everything.  Due to this, I want to do a bit of ground testing before taking to the air.

Attached are a couple of photos of the new setup.
