Scott, the 60-1 is part of the TO4 family.  It is the same compressor wheel that I use.  There is no such thing as a 'Stock'  TO4. 

Even with my intercooler I will start to get into detonation when in the high 30's of MAP.  You should be OK below that but make sure to keep the mixture rich.

I was hoping to eventually go to a 3 blade prop and intercooler once the basic flight issues etc. are done. That seems a long way off.
