So guys, what do y'all think.  What do you think is causing the coolant in
the rotor housings.  I really want to figure this out before I put the dang
thing back together.  Your help is appreciated.  TIA.

Did you have coolant in both housings, or just one? 
 
Sorry, but I don't recall your engine configuration.  Do you have a turbo, or an intake that uses coolant flow in any way?  Any chance you didn't block a stock coolant passage that used to go to the intake?  There's always a chance of a small crack somewhere, that opens up more when hot. 
 
Just guesses at this point.  I sure wish you had done a coolant system pressure check, but that will have to wait until it's back together now.
