I googled it, which I should have done initially
and some sites stated it had been around for about 30 years. I guess they
didn't really need it then. I tell my Son, back in 1967 I remember
getting fuel for 5 cents a liter or 20 cents a gallon - he can't believe it. I
guess that's 40 years ago, but you know what I mean. Does anyone remember what
it cost in the US in 1967.
I had a look at one site and they showed a
computer generated fuel burn progression, HCCI was a lot faster, and in all
areas at the same time. One site suggested it worked best with
DI.
