Don't they have their own oil ? I can quote Vietnam 68 US PX prices too but that wouldn't be fair either. Mind you we didn't have to pay for fuel there and then - it was all free, fuel, food, guns and bullets, green clothing, packs, you name it was all free. There were a couple of things we had to pay for- a can of beer was 15c and a goffer (soft drink) was 5c. But I can't remember if that was Military currency or the conversion rates.
