Did you know that the rotary design was owned by a compressor company in Germany.
And was gifted to NSU with no strings attached? Wankel's design (with the case spinning) was unworkable. the current design was from the young engineers at NSU. The first rotary car was the NSU spyder sports car and the R100 sedan.
