I need to smooth out the airflow inside my upper intake manifold at the transition between one 3" tube and two 2" tubes that form a "Y".

Devcon has been mention on this list but a internet search turned up three products for aluminum. http://www.devcon.com/devconcatsolution.cfm?catid=34
Not sure which one is best.  I have purchased slow cure JB Weld but just can't convince myself to use it.

Any product recommendations?

The aluminum putty is what I used years ago to build up the sides of Go Kart engines that I had ported.

Can be drilled and tapped like an aluminum block. Wear plastic gloves. It doesn't come off. Scuff up the surface where you want it.
