Not sure which one is best.  I have purchased slow cure JB Weld but just can't convince myself to use it.
 
Any product recommendations?

The aluminum putty is what I used years ago to build up the sides of Go Kart engines that I had ported.
 
Can be drilled and tapped like an aluminum block. Wear plastic gloves. It doesn't come off. Scuff up the surface where you want it.
