I have the TWM at the end of long runners, and computer B takes its manifold reading there.  I also use the stock manifold that has a port right as the mixture enters the center housing.  Computer A takes its manifold reading there.  Besides a slight difference in the mixture necessary between the 2 computers, both locations seem to work well.

 I think you need the accumulator bottle. Use a container that will tolerate full vacuum using a small opening plum some 1/8 ID lines to the bottle. Nothing fancy just small diameter lines feeding a cannister. (about 1 pint size would do. Put the vac sensor in or connected to the bottle. It will dampen the pulses a great deal. use 2 (13B) or 3 (20B) lines to the manifold.
