Yep! I got stuff that's 10 years old and just as good as new - however I wouldn't use it on structural stuff, just in case. For the type of work your talking about, it would be fine with either decrystalizing the hardener or just getting new hardener.

Don't trow away the resin (if it is Epoxy?). The problem usually is  the hardener. I never had resin go bad, but the hardener will turn  crusty and crystalize. Just get some new hardener and try again.
