The jury is still out as to whether my oil cooler is adequate. Needless to say, one short flight is not enough to determine this. From my extensive ground and taxi runs, my hunch is that it will work fine. I'll report back when I have a few more flights on it. I'm using a Fluidyne cooler, roughly
11.5 x 11 x 2.75. The Fluidyne is a very robust, double-pass cooler. It has internal turbulators like the RX-7 coolers have. See attached picture.
