Glad you got it identified and fixed, Dave. I find
that having the disable switches are on the whole well worthwhile in trouble
shooting - even, if in this case, they were the cause of the
problem.

I fixed my injector issue today. Turned out to be a loose
spade on the switch used for the secondary injector disable
switch.. So its true, installation of those switches both caused
the problem, and helped me solve it quickly.
