I'm also hoping to prove him wrong on the NACA scoop - but I'm ready to build armpit scoops if I have to. Give him his due. He's working hard for the same cause as us. It's just that sometimes he lets pride in his own opinion get in the way of good direction. I'm using his intake, runners and tube bends. The guy fabricating my intake says it would have been easier (and much cheaper) to start from scratch, but I'm not so sure that's true of us novice welders. John Slade
