I don't know what to say to that.  I didn't think that this stuff was o/s-related, but nothing would surprise me.  It seems to me it is simply an HTML page, nothing particularly unusual about any of the code.  There may be some XHTML in there, I'm not sure, but that stuff is more browser related than OS.  There are also a couple of scripts that get called deep in the page, but they have nothing to do with how or whether the page displays on your browser.  So, you've managed to stump me.  I wish I had a decent answer for you but I'm afraid I don't.  Sorry.
