  I'll stop before Marv finds his server bogged down, but they give you =
the general idea of what I presented.
  Here is sort of a wrap up and a slide on my pinched duct.  There were =
enough more slides to put most folks to sleep so I'll stop here {:>). =20

  Once again, the only "creative" bit of thinking on my part was the =
pinched duct in order to cope with the limitations of having a very =
small area for a duct.  All the rest of the credit belongs to K&W and =
Horner as well as few others.
