So long as there = is no power=20 to your injectors before you turn your Master on, then you should be=20 OK.

Regarding your=20 EGT

My probes are 8" away = from the ports=20 and I see 1650F at WOT

So seeing how close your = EGT probes=20 are I would say 1750F is reasonable.
